ASU Awning engages with architects and designers as a specification-stage partner — not a post-design vendor. When the shade or canopy element is part of the architectural design, early involvement allows ASU to inform the specification with real fabrication input: what can be built, how it performs in South Florida’s climate, and what the structural requirements are.

ASU provides shop drawings, material samples, and PE-stamped engineering documentation. We attend design review meetings and coordinate directly with the project’s structural engineer of record when required by the design.
